You may return or exchange your accessory up to 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The item must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. To return a purchase , follow the simple instructions below.
1. For an exchange,indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned accessory with. Your account will be credited with. Your account will be credited with the amount of the returned item and charged with the amount for the specified item. Be sure to include the item name, number and price. It is very important to include your daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you.In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item must not show signs of wear, damage or alteration.
2.Please indicate the reason for your return on the invoice that was included with your purchase as we value your feedback.
3.Place all of the original packaging in the return box,including your purchased item and a copy of the invoice.
4. Write the word "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN" on the outside of the package to indicatee the type of processing you are seeking. You may return or exchange any item except final clearance items for any reason within 30 days of your purchase.
5. You must ship to us via the US Postal Service to 316 SE 17th Avenue Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. We reccommend using Delivery Confirmation service to track and the delivery of your package and you must purchase and apply postage to the returned package.
6. Once your returned item is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Simple Yet Elegant Accessories LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage of the return shipments. A credit will be issued to you via your original form of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned items. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account you will receive an e-mail confirming the transaction.
7.If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order and your returned items decrease the total of your order below the trheshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
8. If your original purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your original order and your returned items decrease the total of your original order below the threshold that allowed you to have the free gift, we ask that you return the free gift. If you would like to keep the free gift, we reserve the right to charge you for the value of the gift item. This si stated on our free gift item offer.
